How to contact us?

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the state of California for our cocktail and pickle kits, and beer boxes. 

We apologize to those who live out of the state or country! 

Do you give refunds?

We do not give out refunds. However in instances with lost items or delivery failed items, we will issue a store credit.

If I live nearby, can I pick up my package instead?

Yes! Those who live around the area can most definitely pick up their package within 24 hours of purchase. Just make sure to click "Pick Up" when you're checking out. 

How long will it take for my order to be processes and shipped?

Processing takes 24-72 hours, and Ground Shipping takes 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and the date of purchase). This may change during our peak holiday seasons. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!

How can I track my package?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email, enabling you to monitor your shipment's journey. 

If you happen to not receive a tracking number within 3-7 business days, please contact us by email (hello@thefifthspirits.com) with your order number so we can send you your tracking number.

Is shipping included in my order?

No. Shipping is not included within your order. Shipping rates are shown at checkout with options to select Ground, Three Day, or Two Day shipping.

Why is the shipping rate so expensive?

Due to our products containing alcohol (which is an item that can damage easily), the shipping is handled more carefully and diligently, which causes an increase in shipping rates. The weight and size of the order and box also play a factor in the shipping rates. 

Can I make a change to an order I placed?

Our team works hard to get orders out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made after it has been placed.

However, if the order was submitted with an address error, please contact us by email (hello@thefifthspirits.com) with your order number and the correct address AS SOON AS POSSIBLE before the order is shipped. Rerouting or stopping is not possible.

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or rerouted and no store credit will be provided in such scenario. 

What if my package gets lost during transit?
