Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!However, we will issue a store credit for the following requests if approved:
- Lost Items
- Delivery Failed Items
We cannot issue a store credit on sale items or gift card items.
Returns
We do not do returns.
Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect item, please understand that we are human and real people are processing your orders, and we all make mistakes.
Please contact us by email (hello@thefifthspirits.com) within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, if it's over the 24 hours period, we are not held responsible for any issues.
Lost Items
If your order is lost in transportation, please contact us by email (hello@thefifthspirits.com). However, in instances where we cannot replace the original item, we will issue a store credit.
Damaged Items
If your product(s) has been damaged during transit, please email images of the damaged product(s) and contact us by email (hello@thefifthspirits.com) within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, if it's over the 24 hour period, we are not to be held responsible for any issues.
If your images have been approved after careful investigation, we will send in a brand new order of the damaged one at no cost. However, if the damaged product(s) don't seem to have occurred during transit, we will have to kindly reject this issue.
Delivery Failed Items
In the event that no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the order may be attempted to be re-delivered or will be held at your local shipping office. If no attempt to claim the order is made or re-delivery fails, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will process a store credit for you, deducting the shipping costs and applying a 20% restocking fee.
Weather Conditions
We are not liable for damages to orders due to weather conditions during shipping. Potential heat exposure during warm weather conditions and extreme cold during the winter months may damage items during shipping such as perishable items like fruit cups.
